All prices refer to Euros per room and reservation for 2 people. The prices include VAT and the substantial breakfast buffet prepared with regional products from local mountain farms. A so-called local tax of 1.30 Euro will be charged separately per person, per overnight stay, which is in aid of the local community as levied by the municipality of Vipiteno.
Additional guests sharing a room:
Children up to 3 years old sharing their parent’s room stay free-of-charge
Children between the ages of 4 – 11 are calculated at a price of 25 Euros per night.
Children between the ages of 12 – 17 are calculated at a price of 35 Euros per night.
Adults in 3- and 4- bedded rooms are calculated at a price of 50 Euros per night.
The rooms are available from 2 p.m. onwards.
Guests are requested to leave their rooms at 10 a.m. at the latest. Early check-in and late check-out are available on request at a small additional cost.
On request, dogs are allowed in all standard rooms at a cost of 15 Euros per day without food. Please bring with you a muzzle, dog basket or blanket. Your dog must be kept under control at all times. Should any additional cleaning be necessary in the event of excessive soiling, an additional charge will be added to the final bill.
We accept all major debit or credit cards. Please note that in Italy only cash payments of up to 999.00 Euros are permitted.
In the event of a cancellation made up to 3 days prior to the start of the holiday, the full price for the accommodation will be charged. You are advised to take out a travel insurance in case this eventuality arises.
The Directives according to the Italian Code of Civil Law are in force. The Court of Jurisdiction is in Bolzano/Italy.
The person making the reservation as a guest or as a host is fully liable to the hotelier for any damage caused to the property by himself/herself or his/her guests. Guests are obliged to treat the hotel furnishings with care. Any damage which occurs must be paid for. The liability for valuables is governed by the Italian Code of Civil Law. The hotelier is obliged to keep lost property for up to one month. After this time the property will be handed over to the Municipal Lost Property office. Lost property will be sent by post only if requested and at the risk and cost of the recipient.
