Prices:
All prices are per room for 2 people, including VAT and including a rich breakfast and brunch with regional products from mountain farmers.
Children & additional people sharing the room:
to 3 years: children sleep free in the parents’ room
3 – 8 years: 39,90 Euro per night
9 - 15 years: 50 Euro per night
for adults (from 16 years) additional bed 69,90 Euro per night
Local tax:
A local tax of 1.90 € per person per day for guests from 14 years of age is charged separately.
Arrival and Departure:
Check in from 2 pm to 11 pm- check out from 7 am until 11 am. Early check-in and late check-out are possible on request and for a surcharge.
Shuttle from Innsbruck or Bolzano airport
We will gladly pick you up or take you to Innsbruck or Bozen airport. Please contact us by phone or e-mail.
Pets:
Dogs only by arrangement in the standard rooms. We charge 19,90 Euro per day excluding food. We would ask you to bring your own muzzle, basket or blanket. In case of disproportionate soiling we will charge for final cleaning.
Payment:
We accept all major EC or credit cards (except Diners and Amex).
Cancellation:
There is no charge for cancellations made 3 days before arrival. If you cancel within 3 days of arrival, the first night will be charged. In August and December there is no charge for cancellations 7 days before arrival. If you cancel within 7 days of arrival, the first night will be charged.
Only written cancellations will be accepted.
A No-Show or an early departure is charged with the whole cost of the stay
Cancellations are accepted only in written form. The confirmation deposit is a fixed part of the booking contract and is non-refundable, but can be used as a credit for another reservation until 31 December of the following year.
