Steindls-Boutique- Hotel contributes to the preservation of economical mountain farms by using their own home-produce. An important aspiration of the management is the focus on the preservation of the alpine landscape and its maintenance. The assurance that tourist products are guaranteed to originate from genuine local produce, explains the reason why thousands of tourists come to the South Tyrol ever year. Tourism would be affected greatly if the farmers ever left their mountain farms.
